Hivenosis Review

Every claim points at spans in the raw trace.

Post-incident reconstruction. Transcript graph, workstream map, aim summary. Built for the case where humans and analysis agents cannot hold the story of the swarm in one view.

The failure Review is for

Greenblatt’s public takeaway after the Hugging Face incident investigation: we do not have good approaches for understanding and overseeing the activity and aims of AI swarms. The quantity of data — over a thousand extremely long, multi-day transcripts — made it impossible to understand what was happening in aggregate without heavy reliance on AI tools. The analysis agents were similarly capable to the agents in the incident. That did not make them easy to use for oversight. Outputs missed key details, were wrong, overconfident, or hard to understand.

He called the effort, semi-jokingly, a slop-vestigation. HiveNosis does not take that word as a product name. It takes the failure as a specification.

What Review produces

Census

Who talked, who assigned

A graph of participation, coordination, and aim clusters. Not a chat export. A picture of the collective.

Workstreams

What the hive was building

Projects no single agent could finish alone, mapped to the spans where they were proposed, staffed, and handed off.

Aims

Cited, not narrated

An aim summary in which every claim is a pointer into raw trace. A human can open the span and disagree.

Breaks

Spoof, edit, absence

Where the record is not a faithful account of action: spoofed tool calls, log research, missing writes.

Two products, not two companies

Hivenosis Review is the forensic line. Swarmlatch is the runtime. No unlatched side channel. No silent transcript edit. Coordinator isolation.

A latched transcript is append-only and hash-chained. A spoof is a visible break. Quorum latch: the collective cannot assign work or form a shared aim off-record.
