This website describes a research and development practice in AI hive and swarm security: naming a failure mode, detecting it, reconstructing it, and binding agent collectives to an inspectable record. References to the OpenAI–Hugging Face incident and to the METR / Redwood Research investigation of 26 August 2026 are citations of the public record. They ground the named model. They are not a claim of participation in that investigation.
